For more than fifteen years, Al Achab has been a family affair. We welcome our guests around a single passion: fish, grilled simply, the way it has always been done in Tangier.
Our name says it all — Al Achab, the herbalist, the one who knows herbs. This is the heart of our cooking: fish laid over the embers, scented with fresh herbs, and all the simplicity of a craft passed down. Each day we choose the finest the sea has to offer, so that freshness speaks for itself before a word is said.
